The all-new EG1000 earned its name trekking over the highest peaks and steepest terrain. Built for life above the tree line, the EG1000 deploys 4.25” VEE Tires and the upgraded DNM suspension in the rear, giving you 130mm of travel to command rocky and rugged terrain.

The Ultra motor is referred to as a smart motor. The speed, cadence, shift, brake, and torque sensors provide continuous feedback from the rider to the motor, simultaneously allowing the motor to deliver exactly what you ask. The internal gear hub and derailleur system allow for gears to be changed without pedaling. As a result, these elements combine to give a very natural feeling ride and performance while the massive 17. 5ah battery provides extra range to push further into the backcountry.

And with TEKTRO hydraulic brakes and a fully adjustable air-suspension fork and rear shock, you can maneuver the most technical routes fearlessly. Reach the highest peaks, on the back of an EG.

Eco-assist (economic-assist) mode saves money; riders can achieve longer range with 750w output. Sport-assist can get higher speed with 1500w output; this can be very long term until the battery runs out. Walk-assist means that riders can push this ebike with less strength.

Warranty, Returns, and Shipping

1-Year Warranty

All components of the bikes and store bought accessories are covered under our 1-year warranty for the original owner against manufacturing defects. This does not include wearing parts since they are easily damaged, and we can't confirm they are damaged by human or manufacturing defects.

The Battery has a 2-year warranty.

7-Day Return

You may return your electric bicycle within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. There is no charge for riding for 7-days. 

Ship-back Charge

The customer will bear the ship-back expenses if the return is unrelated to quality, damages, or wrong item sent, but merely for a personal and discretional last-minute decision from the buyer.

To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, please contact the customer service team (CST) within 7 days. Returns are not allowed after 7 days.

The returned unit must be in like-new condition and include all original packaging, accessories and documentation. Any missing components may be deducted from the total refund.

Shipping

Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the U.S. And we DO NOT ship to P.O. BOXES or APO. For shipping destinations in Canada, customers are required to pay a $150 USD shipping fee.
